We are back after a brief holiday and also some intense client work.

This year will be all about getting value from AI is it accelerates.

One of my major projects is working with a financial services organization on developing and implementing its AI Transformation Program. Every journey is unique, but there is already a solid base of lessons learned from frontier companies to apply and adapt to others.

I will be running a workshop in February with recent podcast guest Lisa Carlin on Using AI to Design an AI-First Culture, a pragmatic hands-on session to build an AI culture transformation roadmap. Hope to see you there.
