Framing your ventures and amplifying foresight

I strongly recommend creating visual diagrams of your activities and projects. It provides a reference point for your priorities, and helps you communicate to others what you are doing. I have shared my latest map of themes and ventures below.

Foresignt is vital for success. It can be amplified by better cognitive framing and processes, and now AI. This week’s Amplifying Foresight Compilation podcast excerpts highlights from leaders in the field.

For over a dozen years I have been creating visual frameworks of my business models and activities, first to clarify my own thinking around how my always-excessive set of activities fit together, but also to help communicate to others what I am working on.

This year I have added my central themes to show how where my primary ventures fit.

Humans + AI is of course at the center, with AI-Augmented Strategy and related themes around it.

My work as a keynote speaker and board and executive advisor remains central. These are complemented by far more scalable ventures including the Humans + AI Explorers Community and my AI-for-strategy app Fraxios, going into Beta soon.

MIT’s global AI Negotiation Competition revealed insights on how warmth, dominance, and even prompt injection shape negotiation outcomes—and what that means for the future of hybrid Human + AI negotiation.

Business model innovation with co-evolution and feedback loops

Business models are no longer static; they must evolve dynamically, fueled by AI capabilities that scale through feedback loops, ecosystem partnerships, and democratized access to insights. This excellent paper distills some of the most practical and strategic ideas we’ve seen on how AI adoption and business model innovation must grow together.

How fast are organizations rewiring with AI?

McKinsey has released an interesting State of AI in 2025 report packed with interesting statistics. I totally agree with their frame "The value of AI comes from rewiring how companies run." That's the imperative for this year and beyond. The array of very interesting statistics include the cost and revenue impact.

Why you should listen

One of the most pointed and valuable applications of AI is to foresight. However this is not about delegating forecasting to AI. It is a deeply Humans + AI process, combining expansive human experience, mental models, and cognition with some of the most powerful strengths of LLMs in particular, including scenario generation, risk analysis, and engaging communication.
